You can place your order through our website or by calling +30 2661 0 27822 from Monday to Friday 09.00 to 14.00 & 17.00 to 20.00 and on Saturday from 09.00 to 14.00.
You can trace your shipment by the waybill number that has been provided to you via email.
There is a chance you may receive the waybill number via email before your order is processed by the shipping company. You might have to wait a few hours before your waybill number is active online.
Your order will be shipped to you within 24 hours and you should receive the package within workdays.
You have the following options:
· Credit Card: Visa, Maestro, or MasterCard from any bank.
· PayPal.
· Bank transfer.
· COD (cash on delivery, available only for orders shipping within Greece).
The transportation for delivery anywhere in Greece is free of charge for orders above 50€. For orders below 50€ the charge is 3€.
- The transportation for delivery in any European country is 15 € on orders up to 100 € and 10 € on orders above 101 € .
- The transportation for delivery in countries outside of the EU is 20 € on orders up to 100 € and 15 € on orders above 101 €.
It depends on the country to which the package is sent. MODA ROSSI has no involvement with this aspect of the transaction. Please contact your local customs office for further information.
