We really hope you remain satisfied with your selection from our e-shop. In case you wish to return any of your purchased items, whether it regards a replacement, a full return or even in the rare case of a defected item, we are here for you to ensure the return process is as quick and efficient as possible.

Regarding purchases from Greece
Initially, make sure that the returning item is in top condition, has not been worn, remains at its original packaging and you are making the return within fifteen (15) working days from the original purchase date.

Please use ACS courier service for the return, and select “payable by receiver”. Our company will take up the cost of shipping completely for the 1st return. In case of multiple returns, the shipping cost of the return to us, the cost of delivery back to you , as well as the cost for the COD transaction is to be paid by the buyer.

Regarding purchases from EU
For any products returned from EU countries, you can use any courier service you wish for the return, and select “payable by sender”. The cost of the return is payable by you.

Moda Rossi cooperates with ACS service for orders within Greece, so if you choose to send the item with any other courier, the buyer is to bear the full cost of the return. Please send your package to:

Please note that we can only accept returns of unworn items, with their original packaging and product tags. As soon as we receive the package and check the item we will send you the new product after we inform you through email; (unless you choose to cancel the order)

Cancellation of Order Before Delivery

In case you have second thoughts about any item and you would like to cancel your order, please email us on or call us on +30 26610 27822 from Monday to Friday 10:00-18:00

Right of Withdrawal

In case you do not wish for an item replacement, the refund will take place within 14 working days since the date we receive your package. The return of the package in this case, will be payable by the customer. The refund will be deposited in the customer’s bank account.
